An order is accepted when we send dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. out-of-stock or unverifiable payment), refunding any amount charged.
Prices shown at checkout are final for that order. We may change prices at any time, but never retroactively for confirmed orders.
StopWatt is for ordinary indoor household use in standard 120 V outlets. It is not industrial equipment and not a remedy for faulty wiring. Use contrary to the quick-start instructions voids any replacement commitment.

The site and product are provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim tied to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. Non-waivable consumer rights are unaffected.
