Every order comes with a 60-day return window, counted from the day the carrier marks your parcel delivered. If the product is not for you, send it back within that window for a refund of the purchase price.
Returns are accepted for any reason — no need to justify the decision. We ask only that the returned package contains all units from your order, with reasonable signs of normal use being acceptable.
Email support (see the contact page) with your order number and the word "return" in the subject. You will get the return address within one business day. Please do not ship before receiving that reply.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or transit damage), in which case we cover it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of the returned parcel reaching us. Banks may add a few days before the credit appears.
