We design, source, and ship a single product and its packaging. Each batch is sample-checked before leaving the warehouse, and we update our quick-start materials whenever customer questions show something was unclear.
We are not an electrician, a utility, or an energy consultancy. StopWatt is a consumer accessory. If your home shows flickering lights, tripping breakers, or anything resembling a wiring fault, the right call is a licensed electrician — not any plug-in device, ours included.
