Orders are packed on business days and usually leave the warehouse within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next working day.
Domestic parcels travel with USPS or UPS. Most US deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days of dispatch; rural addresses can add a couple of days.
A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.
Where offered at checkout, international transit typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs. Import duties or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
If tracking shows no movement for ten business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us via the contact page. We open a carrier trace and send a replacement or refund if it cannot be resolved.
